Instant access to the world. Sure, 90% of the time, this will be used to post videos of your cat making biscuits. But imagine putting this in the hands of protesters. Everyone will know exactly what happens in something approximating real-time. There's no local storage to delete. Considering how aggressive jackbooted police can be about not being recorded, by the time you hit them with this, it's too late for them to shut you up.
