Winter is HERE!!!
We awoke this morning to 20 degrees and 8" of snow!
It took two hours to do ours and the neighbor's. The ground was not frozen yet so the first inch was slush, then powder. Snow throwers do not like slush so it took a while.
I just got done and I am FROZEN!!!
Saturday, Susan and I went to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra - what a GREAT show!!! Special guest was Ian Hunter (Mott the Hoople) who did CLEVELAND ROCKS (used as theme song for Drew Carey show) as an encore - brought the house down!
Yesterday we took the Christmas decorations down from the attic and put up the tree. I got half of the deck finished in the back yard and was able to go to the Orwell Gun Club for a few hours and shot 5 rounds of trap (125 shots).
We need to finish decorating this week and as soon as the snow melts a bit, I'll finish the deck.
It is getting closer to when Sarah and Jen will be home for Christmas (only 4 days and we wish it was longer).
