Barney Frank may enjoy that sort of thing, but shame on him for subjecting the rest of us to it! The bright side is that there are kids out there who have the ability to use excise-tax-free wooden shafted arrows in their archery programs in school. I feel soooo much better! I await the promise of investigation and punishment for those responsible for this economic mess - but I'm not holding my breath.
