Has anyone ever purchased, seen, etc. any atlas software in Wellington or nearby?

I want mappy goodness to access on my home PC and so far I can't find it =(

I have an Atlas of World History, it's fun.

Google earth does me little good when I've no internet on my PC. Which reminds me! Is there another internet port thingy left if I were to chip in for the internet costs? I'm hopefully getting a laptop soon and I'm thinking I'm sick of the internet cafe thing... ^_^

There are many internet ports, and sure.
To be fair it would either be a third or fourth of costs, but since I dont' anticipate you'd use much we can work out something else if the rest of the flat is happy.
