Streaming radio with Microsoft

Technology is so amazing. I bumped into Ter, who used to sit in front of me, and he revealed that he has this mini radio-streaming-thing going on in our office network! so i can listen to class 95 without connecting to the actual class 95 radio streaming site! his receiver picks the radio waves off the air, encodes them and broadcasts them within the network! what this means is :

1) decent radio from within the bowels of the building
2) low bandwidth utilisation of the office network!

which is just fantastic! wow...
