Nope, before anyone panics I'm not hurt and I have my two legs and feet and my back in as much as functional shape as usual...
but I've been under too much stress this last two weeks and one of the ways I've dealt with this is by... listening to weird music since I cannot get the time to write stories (they're all cluthered and without breathing space in my head) and what is my right now ear worm?? BTS' Dynamite that I was sure was Bruno Mars with some kid and a couple girls or something.... imagine my surprise when an intern gasped like a bimbo when I was singing along and dancing while going to grab a bite and ended up educating me on K-pop. and lets mention that since my sister works for the city's council PR people a year or so ago ended up being one of the oldest k-pop guys nanny for his visit to the city, yeah? there's even youtube videos of her hearding a bunch of Korean guys around and she remembers the experience as "the nightmare with the chinese diva guy", apparently said guy was not to be adressed in conversations, and was not to be looked in the eye or offered things directly. so my idea of what this cardboard cut boybands made in Asia were was a little bit biased and when I found out I gotr really ashamed of the things I've been singing along around everywhere ... OH THE SHAME!!!!
anyway... I'm using Dynamite as my emotional crutch these days, I can't stop listening, singing and dancing to this catchy toon while doing stressful stuff.
Aside of that I've been working on a protocole(now you see where the stress is coming from?) and had to end it like for this friday which means a lot of night work, on one of those all nighters this week I ended up listening to one of the BTS kids side project and I'm obsessed, I have not felt something like this since my first contact with Linkin park, if this guy Suga had been out in my teen angsty days I'd be such a different less burdened by the past person... something about the raw voice both in the way he speaks honestly and without filter, and because it has so little done to it; makes me want more, I already bought his music and my playlist suddenly is flooding with korean voices, it is interesting, and I'm too old for boy bands and pretty boys but I'm also mature enough to enjoy the amazing vocal quality of their music and the hard work, because let me tell you guys, those voices!!!
so yeah... *talking to myself* stop procrastinating you ass and go back to your paper
