Dad update
K, first of all thank you - and you guys do awesome work . . . MRI shows that the tumor is on the outside of the brain, in the lining, and the doc says those are almost always benign (knocking wood) - so with the frequency of the Big C in my family this is surprisingly good news. He will still need to have surgery and have it removed (it is still the size of a lemon)(and how they are going to find something sturdy enough to get through his hard skull, I'm not even going to begin guess about).
But he's resting well, will probably be in surgery soon but it's not nearly as bad as was feared. . . so again thank you all. And if I disappear from work or site, I'll probably be heading down to Waco's Providence hospital.
