I'm not going to say anything stupid and fate-tempting like "how much worse can Hogwarts Exposed get?" I already have a vague idea how much deeper the rabbit hole goes, and indeed that it's not so much a rabbit hole as an eerie glowing pit.

I'd read that crossover. I'd be tempted to write that crossover, but I don't think there's enough insanity in the universe.

"The pansexual '50s" didn't even originate with this fic, but with Deserving. Specifically Chapters 35-36, in which I said: "It's some weird blend of '50s sensibilities about purity and virginity, with modern progressive attitudes to sexuality where it (rightly) doesn't matter what gender the love of your life is." Deserving had gay and multiple marriage accepted and commonplace in 1998, and yet virginity was exalted much as it is in HE and women were expected to stay in the kitchen. (Example of the latter: Harry, Ron and Hermione are setting off to confront the villain, but Ron and Hermione have children to worry about. Of course it's suggested that Hermione stay behind to look after them, and the idea that Ron might do so doesn't even cross anyone's mind. To be fair they all end up going.)

Once I noticed that, I realised just how common this is in fanfic in general.

I think being a nudist would make you a "prep."

Afterall, all the of the Goffs from My Immortal had a tendency to wax rhapsodic about their clothing...

So they're, like, the anti-nudist.
