Steven Moffat is warped on the inside

Feb 24, 2008 22:32

I just finished watching the first three episodes of Jekyll. I knew it would be scary and twisted. Blink scared the shit out of me, and Doctor Who is a family show. So imagine what Steven Moffat could come up with without the teatime constraints?

He doesn't disappoint, that for sure. Jekyll is one big ball of crazy. This is my favourite kind of horror. There's plenty of blood, sure, but that's secondary to the psychological suspense. What will Hyde do next? How will Jackman stop him? And will I be able to sleep tonight? The second DVD should arrive tomorrow. Mark Gatiss is supposed to make an appearance. I can't wait!
