I HOPE SANTA WAS GOOD TO EVERYONE!!!
So today was pretty productive. I came home for break thinking I'd just be sitting around the house doing a whole helluva lot of nothing, but it's actually been pretty fun thus far. My friend Amanda whom I have not talked with in quite some time called me xmas night and we made plans for this morning. We went out to breakfast at this place we use to go to all the time, esp when we were skipping 1st period in high school. Then we went back to her place and hung out with her mom and brother for a while. It was so good to see her, we have certainly gone our separate paths, but her family has always been my second and it was nice to get to see them. She is one of those friends who regardless of if we don't talk for months at a time, and no matter how annoyed we may get with each other, we'll always be there and will always be in touch. Then this evening I went down to Fairhaven with Liz and Paul and the 3 of us and Jon went to see Mona Lisa Smile, which, btw, was EXCELLENT! I will def be purchasing it when it comes out. Regardless of the fact that the average age in the theater was 59, it was still an awesome movie. Then we went back to Jon's place and played Cranium. It was a real good time, it's a game that I'm certainly going to have to play drunk sometime bc it would be a fucking riot. But for now I'm just pumped that I got to see Jon 2 times in one week, and am seeing him again Tuesday. This weekend is going to be a busy one, but should also prove to have some adventures, esp tomorrow night w/ liz, paul, and shadoff. But first I have to go to brunch with the padres (that one is for u Steph) for dad's bday, then I have to suffer through a family party that isn't even my family, booooo. Then Sunday I am going over to my mom's cousins house with her mom (my mom's aunt), and her kids who are 11 and 16 and are both pretty cool. Then I'm staying at my other cousin's house bc Monday I have my goddaughter from 7AM till 3 when I drop her off at her grandmother's so I can go get Rachel and Jared to go to Disney on Ice. Busy busy busy.. and that portion was more for me btw so that I can remember when I'm doing what, bc god knows I can't keep it straight and none of u really care. For now it's boob tube and bed time. Night all.
