my shitty weekend...
yeah so i ran out of contact solution on friday night and went to buy some more... i womke up the next morning for work put my contacts in (they felt wierd)and ran out the door, jumped it my truck and headed down the the road , but something was wrong...my eyes were watering like crazy and i could barely keep them open the whole way to work.
i relized what was wrong... the solution i used wasn't a disinfectant (and my hands haven't been the cleanest since i started at MMI), i had grabbed a bottle of plain saline solution by mistake...
i had to take my contacts out and throw them away..
i couldn't work blind like that...i had to ask my boss to advance me my next paycheck so i could go to the eyedoctors.
$65.00 for the eye exam
$45.95 for persciption eye drops(because my eyes were infected and i had damages to bothe corneas)
an a whoping $234.00 for a complete set of glasses.
i went to lens crafters so i can get them the same day, ans the lady told me to come back at 3pm to pick them up and that they close at 8pm. well my mom had to run errands and we didn't get there until 6... and they closed early! the bastards!!!
so i was with out sight for anotherday.
they didn't open till 1pm today so when i got there i asked why they closed and gave them a sob story and for my inconvieniance they included a buch of cleaning supplies.
well tome to hit the hay, back to the grind of monday....
"looks like i got a case of the mondays"....already...
