Ganked from the lovely lexandros:

3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.

The nearest books is, apparently The World's Railways by Christopher Chant. Yah, I'm as weird as ever.

"The continuing electrification of the French railway network, especially in the core region areound Paris, meant that some of the original engines became redundant to the requirements of the Paris-Orléans railway, however, but these machines were snapped up by other companies. Some 20 older locomotives were reconstructed to the Chapelon pattern for the Nord and 23 for the Ouest railways, and so successful were the locomotives in these regional operators' services that Nord ordered 20 new-built engines.

In 1932 some 16 3500-class locomotives were rebuilt to a somewhat less ambitious pattern with piston heads carrying two rather than one valve to double the area of port opened in a set distance of movement."

And of course, I forgot the most important part about the previous entry: Monday was pay day, and since I finally had enough money, I went shopping for clothes. The result was a bunch of clothes in a neat, matching 70s-ish retro style in the colours of orange, brown and white. I look so much unlike myself it's weird. People still stare though. What's up with that? I can understand them staring when I'm all gothed up, but today I went to work in a normal orange shirt and white trousers, and people still stared at me like I'm some kind of a weirdo.

Yeah, and living in Blur-days music-wise, apparently. I even went and bought the "To The End" single from Amazon last week (delivered earlier this week), in order to combine my two obsessions and get my hands on the Pet Shop Boys remixes of "Girls and Boys". To tell the truth I was slightly disappointed... they're good, but not as good as I had expected.

blur, pet shop boys, clothes, meme, railroads
