What happened yesterday in Moscow: voting closes at 20.00. According to exit polls and independent counting, Kremilin's Sobyanin gets less than 50 % (= need for the 2nd round). After the closing of the voting places, official committees stay silent for several hours, they don't even publish the voting rate. Originally they promised to have all the result counted by 00.30. Around 02.00 weird things start to happen, when the results of the voting districts where Navalny wins are not being inserted. Officially Sobyanin gets 51%. There are no mass falsifications, but even small amount of falsifications is critical at this point. Navalny doesn't accept the results and calls for people to go on the streets to demand the clear count.
Originally, through different polls it was suggested that Sobyanin would get around 55-60, while Navalny's supporters actually had the closest estimates to the outcomes.
