so pretty XD I wish it would snow down here more. Every other year it snows like an inch and people go crazy and school gets shut down for the day :|hah

Hehe, sounds like Toronto. They got about this much of snow (okay maaaaybe a little more, but nothing out of the ordinary here) and freaked out, closed everything early, and called in the army. Meanwhile us here in Ottawa were laughing at them.

how far is Ottawa from Toronto?

Dunno exactly, but it's about a four/five hour drive from the center of Ottawa to the center of Toronto.

I definitely like the snow, but there was a lot last night. Especially an hour after these pictures. I could've taken them again, and you might not have seen the other side of the street.

I'd love snow like that. We always get just enough snow to make it stupidly difficult to get to/from places, but not enough to actually make our places of work/schools close. So basically we get enough snow over here to make you slip and slide about, get stuck in traffic for a good hours or two, slosh into work with wet feet, then slosh back home again after 7.5 hours working with frozen toes...

I think, in my entire university career, my university has closed once. And I don't remember that, that's just what my friend says. Ohhh we know snow here, and it doesn't close anything. Just last night was three feet of snow alone. I'm just glad I don't need to step outside for the rest of the year.
