Ahh! Nothing cheers me up quite like...

...the pettiness of an adversary!

Today has been smashing. Spent this afternoon with Kerry who seems to have forgiven me nicely, as we had an very entertaining time. 5pm is when it usually goes down hill as the cretin comes in to 'run' things, or rarther go have a chat and f*ck everything up. Instead Vicky was on untill 7pm, giving a couple of hours of respite, although the cretin was supposed to be running she was sat somewhere on her arse, giving vicky orders. So all sorts of ammusing things happened, for example Len got put on trollies instead of me because she knows I like trollies. Tonight its absolutly freezing (litterally), and I'd forgotten my gloves, the last thing I would have wanted tonight would to be out on trollies. Poor old (litterally) Len looked half frozen to death coming in to pick up baskets!

I was put on till 15 because I dont like it, only I love it when the cretin is running because its right next to the runners station and I can make her answer me! She doesnt have to answer her headset (which she usually ignores) because she's right there! Which mean she ends up actually working and she hates it!

Answering a customers question I had to go fetch him a coupon from the service desk, every time I get off my till, the familiar screech can be heard calling my name, this time I rejoyced as I got to pass an annoying customer onto her! She snatched the piece of paper from my hand, which she had no idea what she was to do with who it was to go to or anything. Of course I excused myself to teh customer and told him my boss was handling it, and helpfully pointed him in her direction. I could have fell over with laughter.

Then she left standing orders during her break that I was not allowd to leave my till (I ususally take advantage of her abscence to get the nessisary jobs done) which meant none of the jobs got done at all, which normally would just piss of the night crew, but tonight the night crew are manages! Yeah! Its their night! There was a whole posse of them meeting up just as I left. There was a spring in my step as I left tonight I can tell you!

And now I get in to a lovely stew.
My faith is still teetering on the precipice of failure, but right now, I'm happy, very happy.
I hope it stays that way.

At least for a few hours eh?
Ok, stew time!
