Aww no more aliens :(
So I sucessfully shot, hit, pounded and thrashed the last of the alien scum into satisfying squishy bits. And now I have the need for Half-Life: Blue Shift, which I never got, as irritatingly I bought my copy of HL a week before the pack including Blue Shift came out.
Ah well. I've been looking at other games and such, tho to be honest I kinda like the simple shot and squish-em format at the mo, it has no places you cant just leave it. But the developing story leaves you with something to come back to.
I looked at Half-Life 2, but their dispicable method of copy protection prevents me from ever giving them money ever again. Basically it checks in with home base every time you want to play it over the internet, no check, no play. In my opinion this is tantamount to fraud, as you dont actually own the product at all, and your ability to use it is entirely dependant on their good will, and/or survival of their company site, and your internet. You wouldnt buy a television that only worked once it had phoned Comet to ask permission first?
No nor would, or will I.
So an hour or so before bed, I guess I'll find a way to fill em. I could watch an episode of Dark Angel... yeah sounds good.

Work again tomorrow, again not exactly looking forward to it, although last week wasnt so bad, and I have interview results to look forward to.
I've had a hot chocolate and an episode of Dark Angel, and I'm feeling nice and sleepy, just waiting for a DL to finish then I'm off to bed, another 2 mins. To top it all, its raining again, its been nice all day, I dont mind when it rains once I'm going to bed :-)
