This is going to be a tough day for me. 9/11.
I've been dreading this anniversary stuff. I see it as a lovely opportunity for all the hot-heads to get their dander up all over again. On the day itself, I remember it only took a few hours before people started sounding the war drums. I hoped fervently that they'd just focus on finding survivors and let their heads cool down before diving in to anything. Ha! We see how well *that* went.
So, today, just in time for the november elections, everyone's gonna get all war riled again. Rah Rah. Never forget, never forgive.
I feel sick, and not from the cold this time.
