So I didn't get a DUI...

Yeah I got pulled over for drunk driving. I wasn't drunk. I wasn't just not drunk, I was completely drinkless...like 0 bac. lol. Apparently I just drive like a tool. I knew I definitely hadn't been speeding, but I thought maybe I had a light out or something. The cop pulled me over and said I was swerving, though I don't remember swerving that much...Barb said I wasn't driving that badly when I asked her later. He first asked me where I was coming from and it confused me to death because I thought he was going to ask if I knew why I was stopped. So I drooled at him for a minute, which probably made him think even more that I was drunk, and then said the movies. Because me Barb and Torrey just saw I am Legend in Williamsport (awesome, btw). So then he asked me, "where are you coming from...NOW"...and I drooled at him even longer, because I had JUST ANSWERED THAT and I was confused all over again. (was I not supposed to be at the movies? are YOU drunk, cuz i just told you....) So that probably made me look even drunker...but I figure a lot of people say they were at the movies when they were actually at the bar. I didn't think about that then though, I was panicking. So I said I was at the movies in Williamsport and that we were going to Dunkin' Donuts. Then I gave him my license and registration and proof of insurance and crap...and we talked. And I figure he didn't smell alcohol around me since I didn't have any (though my car reeks and I don't know why, so I feel stupid about that because I bet he was actively sniffing :-p) He asked me who David Geyer was, since the car and insurance was in his name. And he asked what movie we saw and I told him, and he asked if it was good, and I said it was but that we had to sit in the front row and my neck was sore now. And then he said he had to watch for people swerving because it was 12:30 and drunk people tended to be out at this time and I should drive more carefully. And then he told me to fasten my seatbelt before I pulled away, and I said alright, and then he left. I'm especially glad he didn't give me a ticket for being unbuckled, because I definitely had been buckled up the whole way there, but my purse was in the back seat, so I had to unhook myself to get it. I would have told him about it if he had given me crap for it, but as it was I just agreed automatically to whatever he said lol. He was really nice though, and after I stopped being freaked out to death for the first few minutes we had a nice chat :-p. If he would've been a mean cop I probably would have cried. So this is the third time I've had a cop behind me that I pulled over for, but the first time they were actually after me and not somebody nearby. And I guess I drive like an idiot.

Oh yeah, and I didn't get a ticket or a fine or anything. So I won.
