Click to viewBraddock is one of Pittsburgh's eastern suburbs, and it's been pretty much all about steel for 160 years. Its steel mill is still operating, but the town is...well, the town is that commercial. Apparently everyone in it is from Braddock, down to the little girl that provides the voice over. I'm happy to see that Levi's is (weirdly) providing some support, considering Pittsburgh's massive medical system, UPMC, pulled Braddock's branch hospital out of there this year. Pittsburgh is moving on with its whole education/medical revival, but it's leaving Braddock behind by choice.
Also, there is something about the beginning of that commercial that really creeps me out. I think it's the dog. I have no idea why.
