So... Finally heard from the seller on ebay. Had to send them another message that was polite but firm in the "I want the item I paid for" stance. Felt horribly guilty about it afterward though, Even though I shouldn't have. I mean, he's had my money for almost two weeks! Apparently I don't like confrontation.
But he said he would have it in the mail tomorrow. With a full refund. To which I told him I would rather he didn't. The money is his. All I wanted was for the item I won to be shipped. So hopefully he won't refund it. And hopefully he will actually do what he said.
