Banned for "cheating"...
I started playing D2 a little.
Mainly because Spoon Boy expired, but if I can manage to find something to drag off the ladder realm some day, I can better Bu and Syrebymn (who I play out of boredom sometimes, but are locked in equipment...they fell off the ladder long ago, and the ladder has better stuff).
Here I am trying to get a couple morons to actually do something. One refuses to go in my town portal. Did once, then went back in and claimed I "wasn't there". I was a screen away, visible by minimap, only because I got sick of waiting. They then repeatedly demanded new portals. I gave them, they wouldn't take them.
The other guy wanted to stay in town and click-click-click-click on whoever is in town. To trade his useless chipped and random junk for good things we're USING.
So I go to gamble for equipment because I can't get these guys to do anything yet and I've been questing by myself.
Got an awesome circlet with a huge load of fire damage on it, gave it to my mercenary. Went back to the portal. But decided to stop and see the difference in damage.
As I'm clicking on it to watch the damage bar change, the last thing I see is this:
Assassin: "send portal" *standing next to the portals already open, all party members in town, VISIBLY next to her. There's no one out of town to send a portal, you retard.*
Necromancer: *runs up and attempts to trade me the exact moment I click*
CONNECTION INTERRUPTED
...
