Fascinating. I love your ability to weave a complex multi-layered world, both within the poly relationship and in the wheeling and dealing of Starfleet. I look forward to reading more.

Thank you! This series - and probably this part - is the most complex thing I ever wrote. Not sure I want to repeat that experience *slight palmface*

Hope you'll like the next parts.

That was a riot to read. The scene with the blood was scary. Eric's quite perceptive. I wonder how she takes further changes... I mean if she's eating better and not older than early twenties, her figure might change a lot. Farnham's proposal makes sense but I can understand Pike's hesitations. Plus, wouldn't that mean, even more than a ship posting, that they wouldn't spend time together? She shouldn't give up her career entirely for him but... it's a dilemma. (Wonderful!) Looking forward to the next part. :D

Dael keeps meandering between the genders, and in my head, she'll always do that - though the scales might tip back and forth in certain moments. (And damn, I need a Dael icon.)

Glad you liked the ship posting dilemma! I remember having told you back then when I visited you. Oh my. The story was in the making for ages :)

That and we discussed the Andorians when I was at your place. This part sure took a long time but IMHO it was completely worth it. :D

Glad you think so. Considering that this was thought to be a transition part, it sure grew a bit out of plans.

I've got more surprises in store about which I never told you, although they're drafted since autumn last year :) Didn't want to spoil you.
