I love your writing, I love your stories, but the only thing I can think of after awhile while reading Draws is that I don't think I could handle a relationship with more than one person without my head exploding. XD

Okay, I don't have a wild amount of time to comment and was already pushing it by reading this NOW instead of waiting until I had time but I love the space you've given Pike to anticipate the arrival of his lovers and get obsessive over cleaning (his reaction to Nat asking if they're gonna be eating off the floor made me giggle out loud, heh), and love how realistic it is that his attempts to have order and control over this reunion is thwarted by changed schedules and delayed ships and the like. And of course, we've only had the barest taste of the heat and complications coming up, so I'm gonna be going nuts waiting to for the second part, not to mention the rest. Oooh, it's gonna be a good week. *G*

Yeah, fate keeps intervening and Planning!Pike has to deal with the unplanned. I see him kind of split in that regard - obsessively organized in many ways, not the least because his career definitely fostered that, and OTOH totally leaping to make creative, strange, big decisions if need be, which overturn all the planning. That the relationship stuff frequently escapes his control and overview is a constant source of annoyance in the back of his head. Messy emotions! *g*

And *args*, cannot keep myself from meta'ing. I'm so happy to share this brain-child at last, so that we can swap notes on the boys :)

As for Pike, he's getting that lonely bug again, isn't he? I'm afraid to see what happens when they leave again (not that I'm going to stop reading. Hell no.).
