I am shut up in Nord writing this stupid final paper that's due on Wednesday. It is such slow going it's not even funny. It doesn't help that Ohio link has been hording the books I ordered like WEDNESDAY. Hopefully they'll at least get here tomorrow and I will somehow find a way to do all of my work, and then on Wednesday I will party. And then on Thursday I will study, but not a lot. And then I'll have another final paper that will hopefully be more interesting than this one. Not that this paper is boring, because it's really not. I'm actually very interested in knowing about posttraumatic stress disorder in children. Especially a lot of the stuff I've read about children who've lived through wars; it's really interesting. It's just not that great sorting through this massive volume of information and trying to put it into 15-page-paper form. And it so does not help that I am sick. So. Doesn't.

Fourteen pages!

ETA: I hate it when you start typing on a new page and Word keeps shifting lines up onto the previous page. Doesn't it know I WANT THEM DOWN HERE WITH ME?

ETA (5:26pm): Thirteen pages!
ETA (6:05pm): Twelve pages! I love how I am keeping myself sane with this. And also how I'm going faster.
ETA (7:02pm): Eleven pages! I know it looks like I slowed down, but I took a random break in there.
ETA (7:49pm): Ten pages! Hey, at least I've got Neil to keep me company. And I'm really amused how we keep alternating taking breaks and letting the other one watch all of our stuff.
ETA (8:16pm): Nine pages! Apparantly I am fast again. I think it's because I finally got to stop talking about PTSD. A topic change will do anyone good.
ETA (9:21pm): Eight pages! I totally hit a wall there with only a quarter of the page to write, but I finally recovered after fetching some Pepsi from the veding machine and being amused by Neil's matlab.
ETA (10:00pm): Seven pages! I am officially over halfway done. And it has only taken me like, seven hours.
ETA (10:40pm): Six pages! I'm seriously done with this nonsense in 20 minutes. Because I feel a lot more confident in my ability to actually do this now. As compared with 3pm when I had a sentence.
