NO
You know why customer support services don't offer help like this? Because people assume we are then responsible for the product just because we helped you with it. Because people abuse other technicians that don't help you with crap that isn't their companies responsability.
So keep that in mind the next time you ask for help on something that isn't a companies equipment/software. They won't help you not because they are jerks and refuse to offer little bits of advice on things they don't support. They don't because the general public are jackasses that assume if we helped once we are now responsible to always help. Regardless of if it is our product/service/support in the first place.
Sorry bucko, ain't my problem. Learn to research your own problems and solve them yourself.
