A busker was singing "Is It Magic?" Sounds a lot like a chant.
Somehow that connected to Pange Lingua - which is seasonally (liturgically) appropriate.
And now it's connected to "On the Trail" (or is it the "Painted Desert"?) from Grofe's Grand Canyon Suite. I think it's the arpeggios, and maybe F major.
Although the chant isn't tied to any key. And I don't recall what Stevie Wonder's key was, but I think that was the busker's key. (That's where it's lodged in my brain at this point, in any case.)

Doh! That wasn't Pange Lingua - it was Victimae Paschale laude. (It's also liturgically seasonal. I think Easter is this coming Sunday.)
Now I've got a (Josquin des Prez?) Missa Pange Lingua earworm.... I wish we could do this at Pennsic. I don't know that we'll ever do a mass, though. But some of them are so exquisite....
