Now that we (well, most of us) have decided that naming a sports franchise the "Redskins" is inappropriate, how about the "Vikings"? I'm not going to claim that the common perceptions of the Vikings is accurate to begin with - but do we want to glorify (that common conception of) raping and pillaging?
