Does USPS have pre-paid mailers available at the airport for small items? If not, why not? How often do people get stopped at the TSA inspection with something that's declared impermissable, but is more valuable/sentimental than they'd want to throw away? Wouldn't you like to be able to mail that Swiss-army knife back to yourself?
And what happens to all that stuff the TSA collects? If people can't get it back, why isn't that theft?
