I do most of my (non-work) browsing with Firefox. I have a lot of things blocked. A lot of websites don't work.
I've started running a 2nd browser (oddly named "browser") to get to things quickly.
(My ISP) Comcast gives us 7 email accounts. I'm using 2 of them but I can be logged in to only 1 at a time. This is inconvenient. How about using that 2nd browser for the 2nd account? I've just tried that. There is a constant stream of advertising. ☹
Comcast, why do you think you have the right to shove ads at us? We're already paying (way too much, in my opinion) for the connection. Why do you think you should be monetizing us further? Why should I be expected to look at ads when I look at my email? Why are you using the bandwith I'm paying for to deliver content I don't want to see?
You didn't figure this out - charging us more for things we don't want - with TV, and we dropped that service. If there were anyone providing what we want at a reasonable price, we would be gone from you in a trice.
