Arbor Mist frozen wine cocktails:
Moscato Mango Strawberry.

Tasty. Then the label...."A fine wine product with delicious mango, strawberry and other natural flavors"

"... an entirely new way to enjoy great-tasting wine with a splash of fruit...."

"CONTAINS 0% JUICE"

10 fl. oz. (296 ml); 6% alcohol

Ingredients: Moscato wine, water; high fructose corn syrup; maltodextrin; gum acacia; dextrose; xanthan gum; natural flavors; citric acid; potassium sorbate; potassium benzoate and potassium metabisulfite (to preserve freshness)
The only thing there of interest is Moscato wine - and water, but one can get that anywhere, and cheaper than in foil-pouch products. I hope this cocktail is here from dumpster diving; I don't think it's worth buying. It's tasty, as I said, but it's clearly an engineered product. It might - or might not - cost more to buy just wine and juice, but I don't think any of us needs to consume high-test corn syrup, maltodextrin, and dextrose. Or gums.

There was a 2nd variety I put in the freezer with this one. I may try it later this weekend and comment further. (I expect it will also be a tasty nutritional wasteland.)

As long as I'm biking 100 miles (160km) a week I can probably afford the calories, but there's plenty of things to eat/drink that are healthier than this.

Friday 23:50

I've tried the 2nd type - Tropical Piña Colada:"A fine wine product with pineapple, coconut and other natural and artificial flavors"
The ingredients list is the same except for substituting "grape wine" for "Moscato wine". It's dreadfully sweet. (It's only 5% alcohol.)

Saturday 15:00

I found 2 more flavors here - Lime Margarita and Strawberry Daiquiri. The ingredient lists are the same as the first two, except that the Daiquiri also contains artificial flavors and colors. Still 0% juice.
