Friends List Usericon Collage meme
redaxe's journal mentioned a Friends List Usericon Collage meme, but the server is overloaded (no surprise there -- so overloaded that redaxe didn't even include the URL to it) so I can't even see what it's about. But the notion got me thinking, and I did some Unix shell coding to retrieve URLs for all my friends' userpics. Seeing them all in one place looks rather invasive. (And I'm going to edit a few out, since I don't think people know that all their userpics are visible to the world. I stumbled across this little feature last week, which is why coding up the rest today struck me as possible.)
If anyone wants anything removed, just let me know. I don't think there's anything left here that my friends would find offensive, and I think I've dropped most of anything that might be embarrassing.
Edit: I ran this on redaxe and the 600+ URLs made a posting too large for LJ. (Stripping out the alt tags might help....)
