Deepest Sender (my LJ client for Firefox) locked up on the plane. The Mac said the free WiFi signal was still there (sitting at the gate), but DS couldn't connect through it, and it's stuck on an error page. (edit: I eventually had to kill the browser.)

My pictures did come out terribly hazy. You'd think that with so many pre-programmed modes in digital cameras now, they'd have one for airliner shots that corrected for this. Someone's discovered that my camera makes corrections for lens defects in its JPEG processing (Raw images reveal the defects); if they can do that, why not a mode for removing the air-to-ground haze?
My camera does have threads, but they must be an uncommon diameter because people frequently mention using an adapter to allow cheaper/more-varied filters, and this affects retracting the lens at shutdown.
The TSA wasn't as bad as I expected. A bigger problem would be fitting big people into coach seats.
