The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued guidance for Twitter users on changing their passwords. Users should change their Twitter passwords as well as any other accounts that use the same password.

NCCIC encourages consumers to review the FTC alert https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/2018/05/change-your-twitter-password-now for more information. Refer to the NCCIC Tips on Choosing and Protecting Passwords https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/tips/ST04-002 and Supplementing Passwords https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/tips/ST05-012 for additional best practices.

I have a unique password on my twitter account, so no other sites are at risk. I'm not really worried about anyone using my twitter account; I have maybe 2(?) followers, and they're not people I know (so why are they following me?). I don't think I've ever tweeted anything, so any activity should be cause for question.
