That's the skirt, no petticoat beneath. It's just been hanging in my closet, so, let me know if it's something you dig, and if so I'm pretty willing to go with whatever you think is fair on the item/money thing!

...You know, I have no idea about the max measurements, those are the ones you're interested in, right? It's elastic waisted, err...I can run and check, but I know it fits up to a 32 inch waist easily, if that helps.

I can't find a measuring tape for the life of me, but I'm 5'7/5'8, all legs and high waisted and it hits my kneecaps.

If you want a technical measurement I can go buy another soft measuring tape when I'm out after my appointment, if you don't mind the wait!

Awesome. It's helpful when you're buying/selling clothes to someone the same height!

I never really thought about selling it, just let it hang in my closet since I have buddies who occasionally come over and want to play dress up with nothing to wear, but this one just doesn't get any use because no one has much of a wardrobe for it.

Just really love those short/legwarmer things and since I don't use it figured you might be interested in it, so just name me what you think is fair and we can go from there!

Since I finally have access to internet..
