HER: You didn't bring your grammar books? I TOLD you to bring them!
THEM: No you didn't.
HER: (After launching into big scolding) I told you yesterday. You all lose five points. Now you can get started.
THEM: On what?
HER: Oh. I didn't hand out the worksheets?
THEM: SEE! You DO forget! (She proceeds to give them back their points.)
COACH: Look. Shawn has to run between them so Henry doesn't beat Chris up for dating his sister...
Tomorrow, I have a meet that will last until at least 11 "If we're lucky" in the cold and rain. I wonder what I should kill to release the stress that would otherwise cause a nuclear explosion in the land of Lincoln... Henry
