I haven't put a proper update on this thing in about 4 months or something so I know that you're all just dying to know how I'm doing.For anyone who cares,i'm fine,thanks for reading lol.It's currently the prelims.Been hooked on Pokemon on the Game Boy which is going well.Pikachu is now level 42 and my Butterfree,Level 40.Not bad for 16 hours play.Life as of late has been uneventful,maybe it's just me,but it just seems that we've either done everything,or anything we haven't done either sucks,costs too much or sucks and costs too much.Yeah,rockin.So i'm currently obsessed with The Eagles,few songs in particular : "Hotel California","Desperado" and "get over it".
I can't be bothered with school anymore,i'll miss the social side of it but i'm gonna be hell of a glad to actually go and study something which I have a slight interest in (this being Music).I don't care if I don't make alot of money,I just want to do something i'm interested in rather that some stuck up poncey job that i'm only in because I have 5 highers and 3 advanced highers and will give me a 6 figure income.Enjoy life,grab it by the horns and fuck it up the ass,that's what I say.
I go to America in like 6 weeks which is pretty good,to be honest,I need to get away from this fucking place for a while,I can't stand it right now.I also need a break from some people,I need time to think.(Don't worry,it's none of you who read this).I have alot of things going on the now which are stressing me a bit,but i'd rather not go on about those.College audition coming up soon,sometime in March I do believe! Hopefully i'll be able to get straight into the HND to save me another year or so at College,should hopefully be okay,i've aced the grade 5 pieces they reccomended,just need to work on my improvisation.I can't be fucked with things right now.Especially school.....i'm repeating myself.
On a lighter note,very pleased with the T in The Park line up,impressive,looking forward to seeing The Who and the Chili peppers the most.I know it's the stereotype view looking forward to the headliners most, but the other ones i've either seen before or aren't too fussed about,with the exception of The Arctic Monkeys,they'll be good for a jive.Not sure if I like Sigur Ros or not,they're different anyway.Wish Radiohead would play,but it seems unlikely.Speaking of bands I like these days,i'm currently loving Rush as well as The Eagles.I'm probably the only person who's heard of them/listens to them,but hey.Geddy Lee is a fantastic bass player,such talent,huge nose though.Well,if Virgins predictions are right it's 13 days until the new Tenacious D album comes out,that's on my "must buy" list,I will be there on launch day to buy my copy and I will be at the concert when it is announced.
Gutted that the Chili's are only playing T in the Park opposed to another show,but hopefully they'll be on form,Stadium Arcadium should be good.Also playing at Glennifer High School Battle Of The Bands.To my knowledge i'm playing with Bova etc and The Mysterons so keep in touch if you're interested,the tickets will be available from me at some point and the gig itself will be on March the 15th at Glennifer High.So everybody,come along and support us!I won't dissapoint on stage,promise.Depending on the stage situation,a stage dive may be in order.Who knows?
I can't wait to get to Vegas,I think when I get there i'll just squander some cash in the casino.I don't know why i'm writing this,but it's on my mind so I will.Been hanging around with Gillon and Bean and Huggy alot of late which is good,but on another hand,haven't seen many other people about which makes me kinda sad,I wanna hang with everyone so if anyones free then let me know and we'll all go into town on Saturday like the days of old.Except with a whole new crew.By anyone,I mean anyone,bring everyone you know.I'm expecting like 2 people will reply to this post but you know.Who cares?
My room is a mess,but I won't tidy it up.I guess I will eventually,but not now.It has a certain ambience to it which I like.Ian just came online,I think i'll talk to him,he's usually good for a chat.
How did the exams go for everyone so far?What have you been doing,talk to me people.
I dunno if I mentioned this,but I met Karen Dunbar the other night,she was pretty cool,stood and talked to us in Sainsburys for about 15 mins and thinks me and Garrett are an item now lmao.Garrett rocks man,that guy kills me,hilarious.
Eagerly anticipating the release of Final Fantasy Advent Children on UMD or DVD or whatever the hell they're using these days.Not been to a Studio in ages either,wanna go to a Studio at some point.Also, where the hell is Daryl these days,I miss him.
