More than ever....
Hello all..
I haven't written in quite sometime since I have had a lot going on in my life... LJ fell to the wayside. I moved to Vegas initially to do makeup for Cirque, but need my Cosmo license. So I am in between California and Vegas until next month. I will be attending school in Cali and getting my license. Been looking for a job in Vegas to have in addition to my freelance for the next 30 days or so. I would like to be at Sephora to get major makeup supply hook-up, but we will see. I have been getting a lot of modeling jobs in Vegas which is okay..but not my favorite. I am sure if anyone has visited my page on Myspace, you have seen that I have been available for modeling gigs- which I posted bc/ they have made me damn good money here. I prefer my makeup and doing film work and am now SpecialFX certified so I will be doing some film gigs that I have in L.A. come June.
University education is on hold for now, but to be resumed. Pursuing the creative side of life again and I have the connections to make it my life once more. I am missing the east coast and my family but only bc/ Vegas is a plastic city. The people here are fantastic and I love them to death! All walks of life and in that respect, shit doesn't get better. I am ready to be out of this place which is not surprising as it is the place of transients. I think I will always travel no matter where I go. I have damn good friends in both Vegas & L.A. but wonder about SLC friends often. That was my inspiration for getting back on LJ since I had to decide rather suddenly whether or not to leave and go to Vegas. I hope all is well in your world.
