Today in a nutshell....
1. Dear Scarfie: Please do not use my laundry basket as a catbox. I know that my sweaty gym shorts are inviting for doing your business, but please stick to the catbox. I also do not want to be awakened in middle of the night to the sound of the basket being scratched. Thanks.
2. I think being courteous and friendly is becoming second nature to me. Whether it's holding the door open for an elderly fitness center member (even when I am rushing to a meeting), smiling at strangers, or being able to laugh with customers, it is nice to have those nuggets of moments in my day to reflect upon.
3. It is good to know that I can appreciate constructive criticisms and feedback from my new boss. There is always room for growth and learning.
