Pictures: Lavender Festival (July 2007)
Since I am in the mood for pictures, these are snapshots from the Oregon Lavender Festival from 2 weekends ago. Alas, I miscalibrated the color settings on my camera. Oh well....
A close-up of lavender bush. These gorgeous flora smelled as good too (although we had to be careful not to disturb the bees--if you look closely at this image, you will notice at least two buzzing bees!).

I had no idea that lavenders came in different varieties and colors!

We stopped by a nursery on the way back. These are different varieties of mints. I had no idea there were so many mints either!
