I saw her standing there before me, in an open field, with wisps and willows blowing around her like feathers falling from the sky, her beauty encompassing my heart in a lightening bolt of emotion and empathy, her tears cascading down her glowing face, the sun bathing her in it's light, her shadow dancing on the horizon, the wind driving her hair sideways across her back, her shoulders slanted and at ease, her eyes transfixed and dilated. The scene before me was enthralling. In that moment my heart sunk, I became sick with the dread of this nature and what could cause it, but then I realized that it was I.
