Dance and Play
There's a lot coming up over the holiday season, so I wanted to remind everyone now.
The lovely and talented lenepeace (hey, just because I'm biased doesn't mean I'm wrong) will be performing with Kismet at Jammin' Java tomorrow night. We haven't heard Kismet live before, so we're quite excited. We even promise to be an embarassment behave ourselves. Tickets are $12.00, and you can purchase them online or get them at the door.
There's still time to get tickets to next Thursday's Cruxshadows show at Jaxx. It's not in DC; Jaxx is in Burke, VA, so for those of you who are shy about crossing the damned river, you needn't worry!
The next day is the They Might Be Giants concert. There are still tickets available. I know! I'm just as shocked as you are! Don't let this travesty continue!
Also, next spring, we've decided that we're going to do an adults-only day and then a family day at Six Flags. Roller-coasters! Funnel cakes! Whoo! Remember, only commies hate amusement parks.
And in other news, I've discovered that while Oolong tea is wonderful as a sipping drink, it kinda sucks as a guzzling tea drink. Too bitter. Blah. I much prefer Chai.
