living like theives
Yesterday = fun.
Made a field trip to Z-ville with little Jess. We went to Goodwill and I got some stuff for my costume, then we ate lunch at McDonal's, which was full of Towney goodness. From there to Incorporated, where I got my tongue pierced. It really didn't hurt at all. I felt the guy pinch me really hard with the tongs and the next thing I knew he was putting the ball on. It went fast. Now my tongue is swollen to about double it's normal size. It's only a little tender, I just can't move it easliy because it's too big for my mouth. When I talk, I sound like I'm making fun of deaf people. Legs and Kate, and pretty much everyone has been making fun of me for it. Oh well. I'm over it. It's not like I always spoke clearly before.
Post-piercing, Jess and I hit the mall for the rest of my costume (I was a taco). Went to Hot Topic and got a Thrice shirt for about $4. Tried on Hats at Claire's, Rue 21 and Spencers. I found an awesome dress at HT, and if it's still there when I get my tax refund, I'm going to buy it. Picked up Katamari Damacy. What could be more my style than a video game where you roll things into a giant ball? Not much, I'm thinking.
Paco's birthday party was very fun. I haven't played Loteria since high school and I forgot how fun it is. I like how every party ends up being a dance party. I love dancing, even if I really, really, really suck at it.
Not much else to report. I have three exams in the next couple of days.. boo.
