Mexico
Mexico was a great vacation within a vacation. I was in LA for a week, and I went off to Leon y Guanajato and Mexico City, all of which are in the centre of Mexico (see map). Boy did I have a lot of fun in my weekend stay in these great places. The colors, the people, the food, the scenery. Yeah it was okay, besides the heavily polluted air, the pickpocketers and the dangerous areas, it was a good old time! Man and the blow.....oh wow! Well, I got to see some old friends and some relatives of mine as well! It was nice to be in Mexico, even though it isn't the best place to live and you can't drink the water, it is good to be in another nation and feel and experience the culture, which I am all about in my chosen profession. Now I have to go back to America as I over look these hills that used to be populated with lions (so I was told) and in the old Mexican architecture that decorates the dusty hills, I will miss this simpler way of life. That and my ability to use Spanish again and the phrase "Por que yo te judo por Dios Santo!" I've had fun.
