15 weeks since my last confession
Oh man....Should I even have a livejournal account. It has been 15 weeks since I have added anything.
I enjoyed 80's night at the roller rink on wednesday. I took Ethan to the boardwalk and beach over the weekend. It is really beautiful but I hate the sand and the way it seeps into every crevice and sandblasts your most tender areas. These houses remind me of sand castles. Most of these houses are Summer homes. This is the playground for the rich. I smile because I get the same vacation without the elaborate condo or sandcastle in the sun. Being fair and not the sun's ally, I don't like to get out but Ethan deserves the experience.
Fireworks are illegal in New Jersey, but they do plan on shooting some off and we are on an island close to the casinos and they should put on a great show on all sides of the bay. So Ethan should enjoy the display. I hope the rain clears up.
Joe and I celebrate our first anniversary on Monday. I can't believe it has been a year.
School starts back on the 14th. This has definitely been an enjoyable and needed vacation.
