Native American site petition to the U.N.
At end of business tomorrow the NPS is finalizing public comments
regarding the United Nations considerations for World Heritage Sites.
Up for consideration is the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks which
includes the Great Circle Earthworks, Wright Earthworks, Octagon
Earthworks and other sites in Ross and Warren counties of Ohio.
archaeologists would simply like to ask for your support in advocating the Hopewell
Ceremonial Earthworks be considered by signing my petition located
here (it should take less than a minute to fill out):
