Wow.
Four days shy of 6 years with Andy.
The holidays were brilliant - largely due to my having the last week and a half off from work, and a lovely time in Knoxville.
Retail splah:
For Christmas, my gifts included Rovam, the Naughty/Nice Inquisition from BPAL (Lump of Coal and Mitzvah for those keeping score), the velvet cavalry coat from Newport News, the baby Eeyore that sings "You Are My Sunshine" from my little brother, Afternoon from myself, the Aeon Flux series DVDs and a new graphics card from Andy, and a gorgeous black velvet blazer with a purple satin lining and a nifty black skirt from Andy's parents.
Knoxville trip:
Glorious. Totally and completely glorious. We had a great time and I want to go back so badly. Major news from this trip: we're getting married this year, probably June or July. I'm terribly excited.
Gaming news:
Some people from the server we played EQ on are setting up an EQEmu server, and it's currently being debugged. It'll be spiffy. WoW news includes my now playing most of the time on Shadowsong.
Doll news:
I bought a Tonner Basic Wicked Witch off eBay yesterday, and it's being shipped today. Afternoon and Rovam have joined the Pullip family, and I cannot wait for Cornice. Riletto should be getting here soon too. I saw the new Winx dolls at TRU yesterday - the ones with the non-fairy / non-dance outfits - I'm guessing they're the second season outfits. Stella has the green and pink striped dress. Outfits are pretty cute. I also saw the Singsationals at Target, but only Bloom, Stella, and Flora.
And that's about it. I would very much like a nap right about now, and yes, unfortunately, I'm back at work, but I guess that's okay. I'm so very excited about the recent developments. Also, spiralsong and lavinia_short, I hope you have gotten your boxies - they should be getting there very soon, if they haven't already.
