Thank you to everyone who replied to my last post. You're wonderful people ♥
Dad's out of surgery, everything went well and the damage has been repaired. Mom held up well too, though I was glad that one of us was always there to sit with her through the waiting hours. Right now, he doesn't feel up to any company but her, so I'm kind of at loose ends . . . but feeling so much better.
