Sometimes venting is in fact cathartic. Like when I get to tell my boss that the reason why various of his pipedream projects are not being implemented omg now is not because I don't have the tools or the skills, but because he's never gotten off his fail-womanizing, car-racing ass to give us any SPECS for the projects.
