Ok did you ever read any of TRC? Do you know the reoccurring scene they show of Sakura and Syaoran stuck in this... uh. tube, with a wall of glass between them?

XDD I only read two books and some of Acid Tokyo, I just constantly spoil myself for the rest.

Anyway it turns out that those two are not the TRC couple. Or even clones. They are SOMEHOW THE REAL HONEST TO GOODNESS CCS CHARACTERS.

Yeah they. Gave up time and their adult lives and CLAMP knows what else to try and keep their children/other selves/wtf ever safe.

I had to go and actually read the chapter like three times to figure out wtf they were talking about T__T

CLAMP is just lucky I love Holic like I do, or I would not even be trying.

I might try reading it myself after I finish this goddamn paper.

I loved Holic. But then it got like TRC. So I stopped reading. When it was just them having short little adventures I was SO BEHIND THAT.

It did, but by then I was invested ;; My relationship with CLAMP has been very strained ever since, though, and bringing CCS into the mix... :/

I know how you feel there. :( It's actually getting to the point where i kind of don't want them to finish X, if they're going to pull this kind of shit. (Not that there's much chance of that either way...but a girl can dream.)

I FEEL YOU. I usually hate those people who are like THIS AUTHOR WROTE THEIR OWN CHARACTER OUT OF CHARACTER but now I'm scared that they'll finish X. And they'll do something...totally out of character! For Subaru. ...I'll admit that I only actually care about Subaru. But like having him have a HEA with Kamui or something equally silly.

I'D CRY. LITERALLY. AND IGNORE ITS EXISTENCE FOR THE REST OF FOREVER.

CLAMP why you gotta do this to us.

It's not that I think any of what they do is ooc... exactly.... just that the plot around the characters is so crazy and warping that it DOESN'T EVEN MATTER ANYMORE.
