So, yes, as the BBC says, a hospital so terrible it kills more patients than it has... What a priceless image. Am I the only one with images of nurse packs roaming Warwickshire with scalpels in their hands and evil grins on their faces to fulfill the hospital's death quota (it must be all that being nice they have to do...)? I wonder if the people of Warwickshire learned to barricade themselves in their houses better, might explain the reduction :) There's got to be a manga of this somewhere...
